Blink and Tipping Point are good, but not much depth. Seth Godin is great. I'd also recommend "Fooled by randomness" and "Black swan" but perhaps they are on a slightly different subject... If you're at home and looking for something to watch instead - anything over at http://www.tedtalks.com is worth your time. Wouldn’t bother with Freakonomics.
