		<description>I make a to-do list, and stagger my sleep time so there&#039;s a four hour stretch where I finish all the activities that have a direct impact on my bottom line and don&#039;t require interaction. 

Then I combine my TV/movie time with marketing - AFTER there&#039;s a system in place of course. :) Then I get help, and use leverage.</description>
