		<description>Thanks for blogging about this. I learned about this book about 6 months ago. I think it was written about as part of an Inc. Magazine article. If I remember correctly, these authors point out that even when writing to a technical audience like an IT department, you should still use creative writing - b/c many tech people think of themselves as creative.

Anyway, I still haven&#039;t read the book, though, so this was a good reminder :)</description>
