		<description>Those who demonstrate the ability to link the 2, call it credible creativity (maybe even creadibility...am I allowed to make up words on your site?), get traction &amp; I think that is something for which most are looking.  Relevance matters as well.  At some point, creativity needs to turn into something tangible &amp; measurable.  For example, one thing I hear a lot at industry (ecommerce &amp; interactive media) conferences, after listening to keynotes or sitting through sessions, is, &quot;Yeah, that&#039;s a great idea, but who can actually execute something like that?&quot;  

Although, it only takes one company, person, etc. to set the example &amp; show the way...</description>
