		<description>Business does not operate in a vacuum; customers, clients, shareholders are all out there in the world talking to other people, asking for leads, giving recommendations (or pans). It&#039;s all social.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Look at review sites like TripAdvisor. They produce some original content by surveying readership, but almost everything else is crowdsourced reviews from the social pool. I&#039;ve been contact by a hotel manager before, following up on my less-than-glowing review; what&#039;s posted in the social world is that important.</description>
